Common questions.
What's the cancellation policy?+
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee — please give us a heads-up if you can't make it.
What if I'm running late?+
Call us at (585) 663-4830. We'll do our best to accommodate you, but if you're more than 10 minutes late we may need to reschedule to avoid running into the next client's time.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Cash, card, and contactless payments. Tips are appreciated and can be added on card or given in cash.
Do you take walk-ins?+
We do when a chair is open, but appointments get priority. Booking ahead is the best way to guarantee your spot at the time you want.
Do you cut kids' hair?+
Absolutely. The Studio Blends barbers are great with kids — patient, careful, and they make the experience comfortable. Kids' cuts are for ages 12 and under.
